There is USFS incident command is now posting on our neighborhood sign in front of Station 92 in addition to their board outside of Plain Hardware. They also have a fire information line set up and available from 8 a.m. – 8 p.m. daily. A fire information officer can be reached during these hours at (509) 776-6953. The information office will send out an email with a fire update and a map each morning. An email can be sent to their incident email at 2026.littlegiant@firenet.gov with a request to be added to the list.
Per information provided on watch duty, there is a meeting scheduled for 6:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 30, at the Lake Wenatchee Rec Club (14400 Chiwawa Loop Road). The public is encouraged to submit questions in advance by emailing 2026.littlegiant@firenet.gov with the subject line: Community Meeting.
