The board elected Matt Oaks as President, Lance Jones as Vice President, and Tamara Mckee as Secretary/Treasurer; subject to a formal turnover with Mandy Stocker.
99 ballots were cast to waive the audit, which does not meet the 67% threshold for a waiver.
The association will have the financial statements audited by an independent certified public accountant.
The association did not receive a sufficient number of votes to approve the amendments (minimum of 158 / 51%) to the Covenants and Bylaws by the date and time established for return of ballots. The board extended the deadline for ballot submission at the Annual meeting held on 26 April 2025. The new deadline for ballot submission for the approval of amendments to the Covenants and Bylaws is 20 September 2025.

A previously cast ballot may be revoked only by actual notice to the association of revocation. The death or disability of an owner does not revoke a ballot unless the association has actual notice of the death or disability prior to 20 September 2025.
